A global media conglomerate with two broadcast networks, 17 cable channels and more than 50 digital properties, continued to be challenged by industry trends of content viewership, cord cutting, the impact of digital on traditional advertising, and most importantly, the best way to measure these trends. To help measure and understand how to respond to the shift in the industry, our client was undertaking a transformation on how it collected, used and stored data. Our client’s objective was to treat data as a strategic weapon that is leveraged across its properties and increase its ability to measure their digital ad performance.
